A green herringbone jacket for women — a fitted military-style blazer with a low stand collar, buttoned chest pockets and deep contrast cuffs. The one you'll reach for from October to March.

The herringbone weave is dense and softly brushed with real weight to it, cut close to the body with shaped seams that follow the waist. A low stand collar sits neat at the neck, two chest pockets close with buttoned flaps, and the front fastens with engraved metal buttons that look just as good left open. The cuffs and the front facing are finished in a contrasting plush brown, and rust topstitching traces the panels front and back.

Made for the first cold morning and every walk after it — country without trying, city without apology. Wear it over a white shirt with dark denim and boots, or over a jumper when the wind picks up.

One colour: green. Sizes XS to 3XL. The fit is trim and shaped through the waist, so allow room if you like to layer underneath.
